Get Enough Sleep- It's Important!

SLEEP is so important, if not one of the most important things for a college student. Do not let your mind fool you into thinking you are good with only 2 hours of sleep. You must make it a priority to maintain a healthy sleep schedule. Manage your time accordingly, and give your mind the rest it needs. When you give your body the rest it needs you will ultimately be more productive.
